After working a few jobs in the restaurant business, I got my start in the automotive industry in 2012 as a receptionist for an independent auto shop. Given an opportunity to learn about the industry while on the job, I picked up enough along the way to be moved into a service advising role at the same shop in June of 2015. Pairing strong communication skills and relationship building with detailed, high-level training in the automotive industry, I've been able to clearly and efficiently communicate vehicle services and repair needs with consumers.

In my free time, I consider myself a growing musician. Though I've played handfuls of instruments throughout my life, the last ten years of my musicianship has been dedicated to the guitar. I enjoy keeping up with the analytically-slanted side of baseball, and anything else that involves forecasting and statistics.
